The aim of the R & D Unit is to support student learning. It organizes readiness exams, mid-term and end-of-term assessments, and group exams. Provides teachers and administrators with information about exam results by extracting exam statistics. Gives students and parents test scores. The student organizes the exams and scholarship examinations, makes evaluations and shares them with the related units. It organizes surveys for parents, students and teachers in order to improve the institution and eliminate the deficiencies. The teacher organizes or participates in seminars according to the needs. Follows the developments in the field of education and shares with relevant units.

Prepares weekday and weekend worksheets for all classes at primary level; guides teachers in the preparation of research assignments, rubrics and checklists; makes program development works with teachers.
